Lead individualized ABA programs for clients across Brunswick and New Hanover Counties. Conduct assessments, write behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families as a true partner in care.
Implement individualized ABA programs directly with clients in their homes, under the supervision of a BCBA. Build meaningful relationships with children and families while delivering consistent, ethical, and engaging therapy.
Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior programs under BCBA supervision. This is a great entry point into the ABA field — we'll support you in earning your RBT certification and building a career you're proud of.
